Surfers Paradise Alliance is the official management and marketing authority for the iconic destination. Representing over 700 businesses, the organisation is always looking for positive ways to promote Surfers Paradise to both locals and tourists. A launch event was hosted at the newly opened Temple Restaurant and Bar to launch the new television commercial promoting Surfers Paradise. The 30 second commercial features snapshots of all that the strip has to offer including beaches, nightclubs, restaurants and attractions. ‘On any given day – Surfers is Paradise’ campaign is hoped to increase tourist numbers to the glitter strip. Guest at the launch included Mayor Ron Clarke, Councillor Susie Douglas and MP for Surfers Paradise John-Paul Langbroek.
